With Eyemed Vision, members receive discounts of 10-45% on eyeglasses and lenses, contact lenses and other retail eyewear items. Members have access to over 40,000 eye care professionals nationwide. Most frames, lenses, specialty items such as tints, scratch resistant coatings and ultraviolet protection are available.

Through our Nationwide LASIK Network, you and your family members can receive discounts on the surgeon's lowest advertised price for LASIK surgery. The initial consultation is always free of charge, even if you choose not to proceed with the LASIK surgery.

How To Access Your Discounts:

Step 1:
Locate the Eyemed Vision provider most convenient to you. For providers near you, click here Provider Search

Step 2:
Schedule an appointment. When making the appointment, tell the office that you are an Eyemed Vision member and provide your name and your member ID number.

Step 3:
When you arrive, identify yourself as an Eyemed Vision member and present your ID card.
